Today is a lovely day here in central Ohio! Unfortunately I haven’t been outside much today.
I have spent several hours over the past few days trying to speak to customer service reps.
I was once a customer service rep for a large lawn care company and I completely understand that it can be an aggravating job. My past employment also gives me a different perspective concerning when someone is just clearly bad at customer service. It absolutely infuriates me.
Hello, did you even listen to the first three sentences I said when you answered the phone? Please do not make me repeat myself for the sixth time and do not transfer me to yet another person. Transferring me only results in two things… 1) I will get disconnected and then I will have to start this whole dance with an automated system that has trouble recognizing the words “yes” & “no”. 2) I will need to be transferred to the same six people again.
I’m tired and frustrated, so I’ve decided to just go outside and enjoy the rest of my day.
